1. Where are Aruba Networks courses offered?

   Aruba offers instructor-led courses at locations around the world. For the latest schedule, please click here.

2. Can courses be taught at my site?

   Courses can be taught at your site. To arrange such a course, please contact your Aruba Networks account manager or send a request to: trainingadministrator@arubanetworks.com.

3. How do I enroll in a course?

   For enrollment information for Aruba-led courses, please log on to the Aruba Learning Management System: http://education.arubanetworks.com/lms/. If you need to create an account, click the "Create your own account" link. For authorized training center (ATC) classes, you need to register directly with the partner. A list of ATC's is available on http://www.arubanetworks.com/education/atc.php and you can link directly to the class you want to register for from our schedule (http://www.arubanetworks.com/education/train_show_popup.php).

4. Are there prerequisites for Aruba Networks courses?

   Some of the courses do have prerequisites. For information, go to http://www.arubanetworks.com/education/train.php, and then select the course you are interested in. The course prerequisites will be listed.

5. Where can I find information about the Aruba Networks Certification Program?

6. What study materials do you recommend to prepare for the certification test?

   For recommended study materials, go to the Certification page at http://www.arubanetworks.com/education/certification.php.

7. Can I obtain the course materials without attending the course?

   Course materials are provided only to students who attend courses.

8. Does Aruba Networks have an e-learning program, so that I can take courses remotely?

   Yes, Aruba Networks offers self-paced, online training courses, including the Networking Fundamentals and Introduction to Aruba Technology courses that prepares you for the instructor-led curriculum. 9. Are there penalties for cancelling a class?

   For individual seats in open enrollment classes, cancellations received within 10 business days of the start of the class are subject to a 50% penalty. Cancellations received within 5 business days of the start of the class are subject to a 100% penalty.
   
   For onsite classes, cancellations received within 15 business days of the start of the class are subject to a 50% penalty. Cancellations received within 5 business days of the start of the class are subject to a 100% penalty.

10. How do I get help?
