The AP-120 Access Point Family of single- and dual-radio 802.11a/b/g and 802.11a/b/g/n devices is designed to address the needs of next-generation wireless networks. The sleekly packaged devices fit unobtrusively into any office environment, can be powered using standard 802.3af Power over Ethernet, and work in tandem with Aruba's Adaptive Radio Management to provide robust, high-throughput operation in the presence of noise, densely-deployed clients, and slower 802.11a/b/g devices.
Based on latest generation 802.11n Draft 2.0 radio chipsets and high performance MIPS CPUs with hardware accelerated cryptographic processing, the AP-120 family can be used for wireless access, intrusion detection monitoring, traffic analysis, or remote access point applications across the 2.4-2.5GHz and 5GHz RF spectrums. The family features 3x3 Multiple-In Multiple-Out (MIMO) design, dual gigabit Ethernet ports, backward compatibility with 802.11a/b/g, and combined 802.11n wireless data rates of up to 600Mbps.
The AP-120 family consists of eight access points:

The 802.11a/b/g-only variants can be converted to full 802.11n Draft 2.0 mode using a software key. This feature allows organizations to prepare for future 802.11n deployments on a schedule and budget that best meets their needs.
